The fact that you’re here means, I guess, that you want to know a little more about me, how nice is that.

My name is Maddy and I’m 40 something.  I live in Australia with my wonderful husband of over 18 years and our two fine young son’s. 

I love to garden and read blogs, research the family tree and scrapbook.  I also make leadlight windows and lamps. I love all kinds of crafts and will give anything new a go.

My youngest son, Bailey, was diagnosed with Autism in his pre-kindergarten year.  His diagnosis changed my life forever and I know face any challenge life throws at me head on, with no fear.

I was born in Durham, England, and in 1974 emigrated to Australia, I have lived in Melbourne ever since.

So that’s me in a few short lines.
