I thought I would dedicate this post to my current favourite things, so here goes.
I’m listening to Michael Buble. He is definitely Mr Cool and if you log onto his web site and turn on your sound you can sit back and enjoy his amazing voice. It doesn’t hurt that he is a pretty handsome lad to boot.
My favourite TV show at the moment is all the way from the UK, its Who Do You Think You Are, for anyone in Australia with Foxtel it’s on Wednesday nights at 7.30pm on UK TV. As a novas genealogist I just love this show to bits. For the past two years I have been researching the family tree and have been able to find family as far back as 1798. I’ve had lots of help from some lovely people on-line, web sites that link to the census, births deaths and marriages and other people’s family trees. The Internet has made this all possible but watching this fantastic show has given me even more motivation to keep going.
In my fridge I have the yummiest mini ice creams ever, Nestle Peters Light and Creamy Mini’s. At 100 calories each they hit the spot without hitting the hips.
I’m drinking Earl Grey tea every morning, I was a coffee girl since having children but just lately I’ve gone back to tea. Don’t get me wrong I won’t be turning my back on Nescafe but for the moment it’s teatime.
A fantastic movie I saw recently was an oldie but a goody it’s the 1952 classic Singing In The Rain. If you love style and charisma, great dance routines and feel good movies then give this oldie another spin, you won’t be sorry.
Books yes well I have so many on the go at the moment it’s very hard to choose just one but the one that is a stand out is The Secret. I have nearly read the entire book now, the reason I haven’t finished it is that I read a chapter, get totally motivated and head off to make some life changes. I am pretty happy with the results so far and highly recommend it if you are looking to find some new direction in life.
So lets see, so far I have covered music, food, books, the world wide web oh yes my favourite celebrity blog. You can’t go past the very handsome, funny and charming Jamie Oliver. He has a blog, can you believe it, I always new I liked that boy. Seriously though if you want to get some great recipes and have a chuckle at the same time take a nosy round this web site.
I have some washing to put away and then sadly it’s off to work. Have a wonderful week all and I’ll be back on the weekend.
