Beautiful Barbara over at Ramblings from an English Garden has tagged me with the 8 Random Things meme.  Thanks Barbara you have had me thinking about this for ages, so here goes.

RULES - Post rules before giving the facts - Players start with eight random facts/habits about themselves - People who are tagged need to write their own blog about their eight things and post these rules - At the end of the your blog you need to tag eight people and list their names - Leave them a comment on their blog, telling them they have been tagged and not to forget to read your blog.

And so with the formalities out of the way I give you eight random facts about me:-

#1 - I am a natural blond and my hair will not hold any kind of die, it washes out the next day.

#2 - I have a fantastic memory for faces and can recall where and when I met someone which often freaks people out.

#3 - I love old musicals with lots of singing and dancing.

#4 - I can’t play any musical instruments but I can touch type 20,000 key strokes per hour.

#5 - I can get a knot out of anything.

#6 - I still have my very first pay packet.

#7 - I get very car sick and have to drive, even to the supermarket.

and finally #8 - I hate sprouts!

That was fun but not as wonderful as opening an email and finding out that the absolutely lovely Julie  nominated me for a ‘nice matters’ award, thank you so much Julie I am chuffed.
