Today is one of those gorgeous autumn days when the sun is out but the wind is blowing a gale, I just love autumn so much. 

The boys and Lee have headed up to the shopping centre in search of gifts for my birthday, they’ve called several times on the mobile to check to see if I like certain things … nothing like a big surprise on the day!!  My wonderful husband has given me a weekend scrapbooking retreat for my birthday which I’m just so excited about.  Next Friday I will be heading off to  Campaspe Downs Country Resort and not coming home until Sunday evening.  Everything is provided and all you need to do is set up and scrap, it really doesn’t get any better than that does it?

I ‘ve taken the puppy out into the garden for a play and we’ve tested the gate and thankfully he can’t get his boofy head underneath so we can leave him in the garden from time to time.  He’s also had his first bath as we notice a couple of fleas on him, they looked enormous on such a tiny puppy but hopefully they are all gone now.  He’s been such a good boy and slept all night for us, as a reward I got him a lovely new bed which he immediately fell in love with.  As you can tell from today’s “puppy pic” he was very very tired.

 

Ok I’m off to do my nails, get my hair cut and enjoy this glorious day.
